Hello. Me and my wife are living in a rented apartment and are looking to do a change in our life. She needs to open a private practice (dentist). The options as we see them are :
Option 1 - Rent another location where to open the dental office and also continue to live where we are now. That would mean paying rent in two places
Option 2 - buy a house that we can transform part of into the dental office and we can also live in.There are some houses that would fit the criteria
As far as we see the cost of the two rents would be about the same to what we would have to pay on the new house. It is kind of scary thinking that we would have to pay for 20 years if we cannot pay it earlier. We took into consideration the fact that what money we have now we could use to do the changes we need to the house and put a little something aside for emergencies.
Any advice would be appreciated as we are weighing all options at this time before we take a decision.
