Hi folks! Not sure if this is the right place for this question, but any advice would be helpful at this point.
So I filed my 2019 federal and state taxes at the same time through TurboTax back in January - they were both listed as “accepted,” and I received my state refund pretty shortly after. However, my federal refund has still not been issued. I check the IRS “Where’s my Refund?” about once a week and it says that my refund is processing.
I’ve tried calling, emailing, etc and have not gotten a response, and as it’s been nearly 8 months I’m a little worried I’ll never see my refund. I’m in school right now, so getting my nearly $2000 back from the government would really help me out.
Does anyone have suggestions as to the avenues I can pursue to have my refund issued?
