Hi everyone, I have never bought a car before. I want to get one with cash. Is it unrealistic to think I can find one for 1500 that is functional?
Do I look through dealers or by owners? Not sure which is cheaper and a better decision!
I don't need one for myself since I'm living in a city with a great metro. But I do need one for my mom who lives in another city. She works a lot and very late.
She does currently have a great working car that she bought for 1,000 in cash a few years ago but it's in my dad's name. My dad... is a maniac and keeps threatening to take the car back even tho he has no job.
