Alright, I'll try to make this short. I'm a 25M currently living on Long Island hoping to get away from here.
I have a car. A BA in psychology. And about $6000 saved up. Oh yeah no debt at the moment.
As far as work goes, I have been working in customer service and retail because of the lack of opportunities from that questionable degree. So when I get to this new home, I may be working a basic job for awhile.
A little bit about myself, I love the outdoors - I would like to get a dog. My political beliefs are somewhere, I prefer warm weather to cold. Would be great if weed is available as I have chrohns. In addition to that a decent nightlife with other young adults if possible.
Alright so any recommendations on where to go? It would be great if Colorado or Oregon were possible but I think that might be too optimistic. I have a friend in San Antonio so I was considering there. But I'm kind of an open book at the moment. Very desperate to leave my home town where rent is $1500 for 1 bedroom(I live with my Dad so I don't pay that much). Thanks a lot Reddit.
