I'm sure a number of you folks do some form of exercise. I'm interested into getting more focused on diet to properly feed my gains. I've been looking into going all in on IIFYM (If It Fits Your Macros) because I think it's something that will work for me, with a set meal plan, foods that I like, and I can calculate the exact macros needed and portions of the said foods.
I'm interested in hearing what some other fellow frugal Bodybuilders/Weightlifters are doing when it comes to food shopping, and hitting your macros while being money conscious. Meal suggestions, links to recipes and macro breakdowns, all are welcome. I am not a picky eater by any means, as long as its nutritious and mostly clean.
