Am I entitled to payment for this? They do not pay us, and they performance manage us (essentially discipline us) if we are in the office even 4 minutes prior to the start of the shift.
Technically that's 3 shifts a week, I've worked there 3 years... That's a total of 2250 minutes, with the total owed of $770.
It is a part-time job, so not a yearly salary or anything.
EDIT: To clarify, I am not alone in my sentiments. The entire staff are also interested in this. Especially due to being punished for when we turn up even 4 minutes prior.
In addition, I do not seek a promotion or anything that requires management to "like" me, and in all honesty, see myself moving on from this job within a year.
