More of an information piece than anything.
The University of Michigan is offering free tuition to instate students where the family makes less than $65k.
I know there is some discussion of student loans here. If at all possible you can move to MI, this is an exceptional opportunity if you don't make a lot of money, and want to attend one of the best public universities in the country.
