To make a short story short, I moved apartments and forgot all of my baking pans below the stove. I doubt I'll ever get them back and they were all awful and cheap anyway.
I saw that Lodge makes cast iron loaf pans and muffin pans and I tend to make a lot of bread and etc. Does anyone have experience with how these hold up? I'm thinking they might be less likely to rust/scratch up/get gross than normal nonstick pans.
Thanks in advance!
