TD Bank cancelled my card because someone used it to make a fraudulent purchase. They are investigating the problem.

This means that I am now stranded in Canada without any way of accessing my accounts.

I called TD and explained the situation, they told me that they would be able to expedite a card "Within five business days, unless it gets held up by customs." They told me that they could only send a new card if I sent them a secure message, which I did four hours ago - they haven't responded yet.

I asked them what they were thinking, stranding me in a foreign country without any cash, and they explained that they couldn't do anything for me. I won't be able to buy gas to go home to the United States without a working debit card, and I don't know if it will reach me in the next three weeks.

I have just enough food to get through the week. I have five dollars in my wallet and six hundred in my bank account, which I can't touch.

What do I do?
