My dad was found dead 4 hours ago. I'm the executor to his will and know next to nothing about his finances, debt and so forth. I believe he owes a substantial amount of money to the IRS but I don't have access to that info. Where do I even begin to start my process? How do I find what he owes? Can the IRS take his house? Im grieving and have a mountian sitting in front of me im responsible for. Thank for your help.
