Hi all,

I want to sublet my co-op 800sf apartment. It's worth $35k (currently for sale) with the work I put into it. I pay $501 a month for taxes/HOA fees. I found someone I know who might be willing to rent it while I keep everything in my name. How much should I charge for rent that would make it worth it to have $35k "invested"? I would pay no taxes on the money made. The apartments rent for $1150-$1200 a month (through the association).
