Not associated with the company what-so-ever, just a consumer wanting to pass along my thoughts. Clothing IMO is not BIFL, rather what is a reasonable expectation of use for the person buying it and how does the quality for the money rank against competitors.
I discovered this brand nearly two years ago through a BIFL post about workpants and decided to give them a try. Purchased the Flex Firehose workpants, $54.95 at the time, and used them regularly a couple of times a week. Fit was good, the flex material is nice, and I was happy with the purchase.
Well the right knee split open a few weeks back but otherwise the rest of the pants were in good (used) shape and I would have continued to wear them if not for the extreme draft now making it's way up my pants leg.
I decided to see if they would honor their "No Bull" guarantee return policy and sent the pants back. Now these pants are work pants and were covered with wood stain and paint stains. I'm happy to say I received a replacement pair in the mail today. They even provided the next size longer like I requested because the other pair turned out to be a little short with work boots which they certainly didn't have to do.
So this was my personal experience. Good customer service and hopefully they keep doing what they are doing making quality products for a fair price.
