I live in a politically unstable country, Republic of Georgia. I have some assets in a local brokerage company, Galt & Taggart, which as I understand is a white label partner of Danish Saxo Bank (link).
Let's say angry gas station (Russia) goes berserk and somehow my brokerage, G&T, ceases to exist. What happens to my assets? Will they be safe in Saxo Bank or will they be gone?
