Making bread in our bread maker costs us pennies per loaf. To make it super quick, we pre-make bread packs a dozen at a time with all the dry ingredients. Add water, yeast, shortening and then dump the bread pack in before pressing start. Bonus: we re-use milk bags for the packs.
