I need to make a piece of fiberglass in the shape of half of a cylinder without the ends (like a big long dome like some greenhouses are). Can I just build a cylinder out of foam by sticking some foam panels to a couple of circular plywood forms and cutting it down to size with a hot wire cutter, then apply releasing agent to it and then fiberglass over half of that? The shape does not need to be perfect or anything. I've never worked with fiberglass before so I just want to make sure there's not something I'm missing here. via /r/DIY https://ift.tt/2vuFSiX
