I work at a library and run the teen programs. I would like to do a program where we use stencils and fabric paint to design our own t-shirts. I do work for a massively small and under funded library, so buying expensive material is not an option.I would like for the stencils to be reusable, maybe not long term, but for 2-3 uses. I'm not crazy artistic so I don't know a lot of materials that exist that would be helpful with my program.
