https://ift.tt/325bWou project too far longer than I intended it to, but mostly due to my own laziness. Once we figured out the process to build the first one the others went together pretty quickly.Dimensions are roughly 114 3/4” x 76”Wood used is 1x6 treated pine for the left, right, top and bottom, and trim below the windows. 1x4 treated pine for the vertical center line and trim on top of each window. And 1x6 treated and kiln dried tongue and groove board for the interior. And the windows are 36”x42” tempered glass normally used along railings on decks or walkways. The doors are identical front and back.I used two 16’ boards of 2x12 treated pine for the headers, but cut them down to about 13’ since the tracks for the doors are 12’.Tools used were 10” miter saw, table saw, random orbital sander, clamps, and a hell of a lot of screws! They’re not perfect, but really I think they turned out pretty well and more than serviceable for a horse barn. I hope you enjoy; unfortunately I didn’t think to take progress pictures and built them from scratch. via /r/DIY https://ift.tt/30DZ9sS
