Long story short, my husband and I moved into an old Victorian with warped original floors. We nailed them down best we could and covered with carpet. Turns out our first cat had urinary issues and used the corner more than her box. Nine years later, I am removing the carpet and the pad to install new carpet and pad and the floors under are soaked through. The original finish is cracking and bubbled up. Would you try to sand it down and refinish or just pull it up and replace? via /r/DIY http://bit.ly/2JfXRiF
