I bought 5 acres of land in the Mojave desert for very cheap and built a space for me and my friends to come hand in the weekends, have beers in the sun, shoot some golf balls and have BBQ.The structures include:A big 5ACRES signAn roofed outdoor barA compost restroom cabinA wind breaker for a tent or twoA gas BBQIt took me and my friends 4 months to build. No electricity, no access to water and a very remote access.
