I pack a lunch for work everyday but I’m not a great cook so it can easy for me to dismiss my lunch made meals for some Chipotle or Chik Fil A. If I’m still hungry, I’ll buy a small entree after I eat my own lunch. But it really needs to stop. I need to budget and become more disciplined in doing so. I think it’s OK if it’s just a small entree that’s $2 or $3...but it’s ultimately unhealthy in the long run and it adds up $$. What do you do to stay disciplined ?? What if you’re tired of your meal preps like I am?? :s
