I'm currently remodeling a room in my house and am having issues with some cracking/bumps that are appearing through the primer/paint (shown here : http://bit.ly/2EbP4KT ). One of these is on an outside wall (I live in Michigan, so cold weather may be a factor) and the other is on the ceiling. After priming these bumps/cracks showed up, and I sanded and applied a thin layer of mud and then primed back over them, but even after painting again they still appear.Do i need to cut into them and remove a thin layer with a blade? Then mud/paint over the whole area. I haven't seen many people show this type of flaw in drywall joints, so I was hoping someone has ran into a similar issue before and has had success fixing it via /r/DIY http://bit.ly/2X6I8Gl
