Plan on getting my first place alone and single. 25 years old. Did a spreadsheet. Anything important I could be forgetting?

I currently have 2.5k in the bank.

The place is a 7 minute drive from my work.

Renters insurance, water, sewage and trash all included in the rent. (1 br apt is 700 sqrft)

If my budgeting is wrong, would like some corrections. This is all guesstimations with food and bge(gas and electric).

Edit: Verizon is tv and internet. Car insurance is 4 months on, 2 months off.
