Big fan of this sub, and love trying to imbibe things.
A practical problem I’m facing is that I live in a cold place, and need hot water to take baths (I’ve been sick because I’ve been braving the cold water). There’s no geyser in my rented apartment. I bought an immersion rod heater. It’s essentially a metal rod which is to be immersed into water, and it heats the water electrically. I bought mine for $7. On my 6th usage, it fucked up the electrical supply to my house, so I can’t use the rod anymore!
Currently, I’m heating water on the stove. Anyone else have any other ideas?
