I have zero knowledge or experience sewing things, I want to make kakhi shorts and button down shirts, polos. Is it better to just scrounge the Goodwill or invest in a sewing machine. Any help is appreciated.
Update: Thanks everyone! I think I may sharpen my repair skills and do simple stuff drapes & pillow cases but yea I don't think it is worth while trying to make full outfits.
