https://ift.tt/2wGFdLu picture is looking into the bathroom, second picture is standing on that little hip wall looking out towards where the first photo was taken. There used to be a big cabinet there, that's why the tile stops where it does)So you'll see in the pictures that the previous owner of my home installed a shower stall, and left a tub with no shower attachment. That stall has since begun to leak and causing rot beneath the tiles visible in my basement, so I'm using the opportunity to redo the entire bathroom. How do I deal with the window in the shower? I'm planning on putting tile all the way to the ceiling near around the tub, but I want to prevent any water damage near the window. We were thinking maybe using a shower curtain against the back wall as well as the front, but there has to be a better way to deal with the window other than taking it out. Shame that it's that stupid octagonal shape, which makes replacing it with something else more difficult.Any thoughts? Thanks! via /r/DIY https://ift.tt/2GgPlKu
