Hi all, I really need some help figuring out what to do about my finances and future. Just a little backstory: I was in an abusive relationship with a drug addict for some years, that literally took everything from every savings account I had (and also from my physical and mental health, but that's not the point), but now I 'm single and trying to rebuild my life.
I own a 2015 Chevrolet Onix (good car, cheap mantainence) and a small two bedrooms apartment.
We bought the apartment 3 years ago when it was in construction, but they delivered it just last year. Everything was fine for a couple of months, untill my boyfriend found out where to buy drugs here, and spiralied down to addiction again. So I spent money I did not have in medical treatment, medications, everything I could to make him stop, but it was useless. He started to steal things like my iPad and my moms phone to buy more drugs, when I decided enough is enough.
Anyway, he was my boyfriend (thank God we did not marry), but we broke up last december. I do not want to pay him anything, because he really needs all the help he can get. But now I'm all by myself, and I can not afford the life we had planned.
I'm 30 yo and live in São Paulo / Brazil.
I make around 90k a year (7500.00 mo), and my expenses are:

So basically I'm living just to pay my bills. The problem is, I still haven't bought anything for me this year. Not even clothes (that I desperately need), I hardly go out anymore with my friends, I can't pay a gym membership, I can't do anything.
What are my options, reddit?
I'm thinking about selling my apartment and my car. I would go back to my moms for a couple of months until I can rent another place, cheaper, closer to the center (with trains and subway, so I will not need a car). I'm looking for a better job there, anyway.
But that would mean I will loose everything I own right now.
What can I do?
