For example I work 40 hours in a week but sometimes I just simply can't get all my work done on time so I'll be over 5-15 minutes finishing a few things. This occurred a lot last week because I had to help in other departments. I got my check and realised it was exactly 40 hours and then actually went and looked at my old checks to realized that they were exactly the same. I know my supervisor doesn't really like me, unrelated to work reasons though. I don't know if this is legal or not. Any help would be much appreciated and if anyone had question for more details, I'll gladly answer them.
