Hello all, thanks for reading.

Background. I work for a local mobile device repair company (10 stores) that easily clears $1million a year in profit. I have 3 years experience in the industry, have 1 year experience in repair shop management as well as technician management. I have always been in customer service and always hear positive feedback from customers.

I am currently making $7.75 an hour plus commission and average a $2k take home every month. I work at one of the least trafficked locations out of the 10 stores. My commission structure is based off a Profit Per Hour system and if I don't meet certain numbers, my commission gets capped at a percentage. I see metrics of my fellow techs that work at high-volume stores in well-to-do areas making far more PPH than my location simply because of traffic. My employer advertises very little. If I don't have traffic, I'm sitting behind a desk making below minimum wage. I have attempted to relay my concerns to my managers about the PPH metrics being skewed in favor to high volume stores only to hear back from them (who are also effected and want to see change) that the employer doesn't seem to care and does nothing.

I am in a rather unique situation compared to other redditors that are seeking a raise at there current job. I have hard proof (dollar value) of how much net profit I have made my employer. The Point of Sale system allows me to pull up all the records I have completed, broken down in True Cost of Sale and Net Profit of Sale. In my first 4 months of employment I earned my employer $53k in net profit. My year take-home for those 4 months (September to December) was $8200.

How do I go about showing my employer (I will be speaking directly with the owner of the company) that I am worth more than what I am getting paid? I regularly get 4-5 reviews a month from customers mentioning me specifically describing how much they enjoyed my service and quality of craftsmanship and I am often the technician that is picked to resolve certain customer issues. I regularly pick up shifts when people have scheduling conflicts and because of my technician management experience, am always helping my fellow techs with their quality of repair and service since I live and breathe my work.

Any advice would be very helpful. I have gone through proper channels and have gotten nothing in return. If additional info is required that might be personalized, PM me and I will do my best.

EDIT: My employer doesn't offer health insurance, PTO or any benefits whatsoever.

EDIT2: Every other local repair shop offers an hourly rate that is well below my value (eg. minimum wage regardless of experience) and my current employer is, how you say, the least sketchy of the repair shops in town.
