Which plan to select for 401k ?

Hi guys,

My knowledge in 401k plans is zero and I am not sure where to invest. I am 34 years old. This is what I am currently enrolled in T ROWE PRICE RET HYB 2050 T5 T5K.
Expense Ratio - 0.36%

Currently ~59k in 401k
