I recently made about $100,000 in capital gains due to some smart investments I made in 2015. I now want to put some of that money to work for me, but am not interested in get rich quick schemes or pretty much most of the schemes you find when you do a Youtube search for passive income.
I am interested in becoming a silent investor (maybe $50 to $60 thousand) in a restaurant or similar venture. Problem is, I have no idea how to meet the kind of people looking for seed funding. Any suggestions, tips, or advice would be much appreciated.
