About a year ago (June 1, 2016), I had overdraft fees for two transactions totaling $68. I put it off for so long that I decided it was a lost cause. Decided to give them a call today and ask if I can get it waived. Since my request was over 120 days old, they would have to put in a special request. Not more than 16 hours later, I see $68 in my checking account. I thought it wouldn't hurt to ask, and I'm glad I called.
