I recently had to go to the emergency room due to me leaking blood out of....places.

While I was there, the doctor saw me for maybe 5 minutes, put a finger in me, and said there was nothing they could do, then ordered me to get x-rayed.

I waited a total of three hours to get the x-ray results back expecting a diagnosis, but they again said there was nothing they could do, and discharged me after giving me the number of a specialist.

So clear message there is do not go to the emergency room. I got finger banged, rayed, and discharged. That is all.

I went to the specialist, they put more things in me, and after all is said and done, told me that the blood coming out of my butt seemed to have resolved itself and I should be fine.

I still want answers as to why I leaked pure blood, but it looks like my ass posed a mystery the medical community is baffled by. It was not hemorrhoids, stomach olsers, or any other number of things they looked for.

All of that aside, now I am in deep trouble. I got the bill from the specialist amounting to about $300 after insurance was all said and done, but today I got the bill form the emergency room and I am screwed. The three hundred already destroyed my budget, but this $2,200 bill is going to make me have to change my plans for the future all together. My insurance won't cover it, and family is not an option.

I just graduated college debt free, and I am supposed to start learning how to become a software dev this summer through the Nashville Software School. All of my savings is going into paying for that, but with this new bill, I won't be able to afford it period.

Is there anything I can do? I do not qualify for any financial aide do to my parents both making good money, but they don't pay for this kind of stuff for me. Our relationship is not like that.

edit ** Well I did not know hospitals would let you set up smaller payments. I told you all about my ass blood for no good reason, and now I feel rather dumb. I will be paying $200 a month until its all dealt with. Thank you.
