There are many signs that my boss is closing closing down her company after which I will be without a job because nobody will follow in her footsteps. I have worked a lot of overtime that I really would like to get payed for. It is about 200 hours, half of which was in the middle of the night or the early morning. So it is probably around 4.000 € she owes me. When I ask her to pay me, she usually brings some technicality why she cant pay right now, like "My taxes are being audited" or other stories why she cannot do it. She is selling the building in which the company is because I know she has serious financial problems and a lot of debt. She does however still pay all her bills.
What do I do? Do I wait for her to retire and for me to lose my money? Or do I quit now and sue her?
