Hey guys,

Got hired 3 months ago working in a healthcare facility, paid 20 an hour FT. Called me yesterday they're cutting my hours down to 36-39 and they're temporarily dissolving my position, resulting in me taking home 14.50 an hour, but the expect me to continue completing the responsibilities of the old position until census picks up where "things will change again".

Basically what I want to know is should I go in and argue for more pay or put in my two weeks after finding a new gig? I like the job and the team I work with, but not enough to stay at 14.50.
