I'm applying for a job on the other side of my state and I haven't moved in years. I own my house, will probably rent it. But this would be a complete relocation for me, my wife and kids.
What some things that I'm not going to think of that will come up?
How do I know if a salary is high enough to support me in this more urban area? I'd be going from rural BFE Eastern Washington to Olympia if that helps.
