Came across some (what I thought were very nice) chest of drawers that an office was gonna throw away. Was missing some hardware. IKEA has excellent customer service and requested some parts to fix them. Come to find out they were recalled for a major tipping hazard. Keep in mind these were manufactured in 1999. Not only did they refund 50% of the MSRP (would have been 100% if they were a bit newer) but they came and picked them up and going be receiving a check for $538 for something that was going in the trash.
