Hi,

My husband is an electrician and also helps with managing things for the company he works for. He created an account a few weeks ago with projectmanager.com and paid a fee. He didn't read that there would be a $750 charge a few weeks later! Is there any way possible to get the charge removed? I mean he only paid $30 to join so the $750 is quite unexpected and hugely expensive. I went on the site and it's $30 to join and $25 monthly fee. Not seeing $750 stated anywhere.. I'm sure my husband misread something but if there's any way to get the money back it would be a great help. I've never asked the bank to refund a charge so I'm not sure how to go about it or word it properly. It was charged to our joint debit account yesterday and we use a credit union.
