I'm great at saving - that's not an issue for me at all. I have ~$50k in the bank with my only debt being my mortgage. Each month I put $700 into my savings and I put 1% of my salary into my 401k, but my company contributes 6% unmatched and I'm already 50% vested, so I feel that it's a reasonable amount.
Ignoring the fact that I need to figure out how to better invest my savings, I'm really struggling with spending any money on myself. I always make my own meals and rarely do anything that costs money on the weekend just for fun. The last time I used vacation time I just stayed at home and read some books. While I do like this some, I feel like I am unnecessarily restricting myself. I'm 25 and I would like to go on some trips or just get Chipotle occasionally, but I stop myself. How much are you supposed to spend on yourself, just on fun things?
