My daughter told me she and her boyfriend are getting married. I'm having so many unromantic financial thoughts. At first I was worried she'd lose health care coverage, but googling set me straight: she's covered by us until she's 26 whether or not she marries. I don't think I can afford to help pay for a wedding, but my husband promised in the past he'd pay for her wedding dress.
I figure we'll sit down at some point and be able to discuss these things. What other financial topics am I missing that should be hit in such a discussion?
