I make $72k with I use to think was decent enough to buy a house but in this market it seems nearly impossible with rates and home prices the way they are. I am single and don't have a girlfriend/wife to split the costs with. Has anyone bought recently? How much do you make and what is your payment/interest rate and how are you able to afford it?
