Based in the US - I signed up for Rowhouse and informed them I would be cancelling the membership with 30 days notice but they ignored my cancellation email.
Contract says “You may cancel your month-to-month membership at any time withwritten notice given 30 days in advance.”
As mentioned in the title, I got annoyed and just took the easy way out by canceling my credit card but then read online that that they will send me to collections and this will impact my credit score (which I do not wish for it to happen)
What should I do?
