I have roughly $48k in my 401k at the moment, been at company for 2 years. I didn’t know what positions to take when I started it so I just put 100% in American Funds American Balanced R6, whatever that means. Anyone with some insight or help me choose better positions or diversify my 401k? Employer matches 0.50 on the dollar up to 6% .. so really 3%. I put 12% in every paycheck at the moment, plan to go up to 15 soon.
