Long story short. I immigrated to the US in 2010 at 24 years old, started a business in 2011. I've been focusing on my business all these years, didn't have 401k until 2022 because I've never heard of it and never considered a retirement account.

I felt there's a lot of cathing up to do, so I decided to put as much fund to 401k as possible, both from my own and my company's contribution to around 80% of total contribution limit, and around 45% for my wife. For example, total employee and employer contributions limit in 2023 is $66,000, and I contributed $52,000 last year, 78.79%.

I was able to jump start my 401k, and books like Psychology of Money gave me great advice on mindset of investing. My portofolio is 40% SCHG, and 60% on individual stocks. However, I'm a person who often second guesses myself and not sure if I'll keep contributing this much to 401k for the foreseeable future, let's say 5 years. Am I on the right path or am I missing somehting important? And are websites like Investopedia or The Motley Fool a good place to start learning more about investing?

Many many thanks to your input and feedback.
