On October 10th 2023 I went to the atm and withdrawed $800. I was only able to pull 100 out of the 800. I called the number on the machine, the customer service employee said she was able to see the money in the machine and shut it down so no one would be able to get it. Long story short I've been waiting for over 3 weeks for my bank to send me the papers that show why the resolve didn't go in my favor. I called my bank today and 4+ inna row they hung up in my face and didn't accept my call. I'm going to file a cfbp report, I'm pretty upset. But am I overreacting?
Tldr: My bank won't send me the papers showing why the dispute didn't go in my favor. And now they're dodging my calls. I want to file a cfbp report. ( I don't think this is considered legal advice)
