Hello everybody! I'm looking for some honest opinions and advices, as I can say I'm just starting out. I'm finding myself in the position of buying some real estate. I've been planning that for a long time. By march I should be able to have 2 of them(fully paid). The income out of those would be around 400 euros(after tax, without the cost of repairs and maintenance). Consider the fact that the average net salary in my country is around 750-820 euros. I had a job that offered me a high social position, but not enough money(1000 euros). Quitted that to become a truck driver. Earning 3k now, compared to the average salary, I would consider that good. Some people would blame me for quitting my ex job as I've done a university and a master's degree for it and I can never return, but it was my choice and I don't regret it for a second. The question is the following one: What would u recommend doing with the money to come(as I'm only interested in investing them in money generating sources)? I don't have a car, I don't have a house(and I don't need one as I'm pretty much away from home). I'm looking for advices, critiques and whatever. Can't wait hearing from you guys!!😄
