So I got new insurance last year and cancelled my old policy. Sadly I don’t pay close attention to my bills and noticed I’ve been charged all year for insurance from the old company, indiana farm bureau, which you need to be a member of to have their insurance and I’m not a member and I cancelled my policy (so I thought).
Anyways I plan to call tomorrow, but wondering what I can ask for. Obviously I want to stop further charges but wondering if it’s too much to ask for a refund? Do I have any ground to stand on?
