Hello everyone,
I am a single father with two adolescent sons. I suffered a stroke in February 2022, which rendered me disabled. Fortunately, my doctor cleared me to return to work two months ago, and I am now working full-time. Unfortunately, the disability money I received was barely sufficient for food, utilities, and essentials, so I was unable to pay rent. Is there a relief program in California that can assist with situations like this? Is there anyone who knows of any loans I could receive with my fair credit? Please assist. I don't want my credit to suffer because I'm unable to provide a house for my children and myself.
