Due to certain unforeseen circumstances, I am short $350 on rent that is due tomorrow. I don’t know what to do if I just pay half tomorrow and half on the 15th can they kick me out? I rent out a basement of a house - the homeowners are a nice young couple I communicate regularly with to coordinate laundry days. Should I just tell them and hope for the best?? This has never happened to me before.
