Stores selling turkey for 50 cents a pound. This is the cheapest meat you can buy this year. I like to buy 2 extra and put in the deep freeze for later. I buy the biggest I can find. Once cooked I bone and freeze a breast and some of the dark meat if I can't use it in a week. The boned carkus can be cooked in a pot to get anything remaining to make a pot of stew
