I have some bond from Citi Group (17330FVY4) and there is no bid price for over a month now. It's a A rated bond and I did some digging; it seems like the bond has only been traded on particular days only this year. So my question is, is this some sort of special bond that is only trading on particular days? What if I want to get rid out it if there is 0 liquidity.
